Deep in the article, they talk about social impact bonds. This is a fascinating approach to allieviating social problems by effectively paying the nonprofit to deliver the social return. This is a fascinating and exciting approach and one that I have heard rumours about here in Canada amongst Family Service Canada members.... but I can't remember exactly who told me about it. Does anyone know about this?
