Author's Richard Bridge and Stacey Corriveau have just released their report - Legislative Innovations and Social Enterprise: Structural Lessons for Canada. The full report is attached. This report gives a great overview of the challenges and opportunities of developing a new legislative infrastructure to support the emergence of more social enterprise in the country.
This is a great contribution to our thinking as we move forward with developing a public policy framework that enables social enterprise and social finance.
