A Social Enterprise Trend?

Well, it looks like we're on a roll! The Toronto Star has just run an editorial calling for changes to the Canadian tax law "with a view to finding new mechanisms to encourage investments in these worthwhile social enterprises." Clearly, Paul Martin has made an impact with his recent speeches and op-ed promotions of social enterprise.
