So, are youth apathetic or what? This was the subject for a fascinating panel discussion on youth engagement led by rethos.com and hosted by the CSI on October 17th. The short of it is that yes, voting levels are at all time lows, but it is likely that youth are choosing to increasingly express their civic engagement through nontraditional channels, and particularly online.
