ACORN Canada is one of Canada’s largest and most successful networks of community unions, with more than 20,000 low and moderate income members organized into 20 neighborhood chapters in 4 cities across Canada.

The ACORN model is unique; we build organizations of low and moderate income families in the communities where they live to take action on issues of community concern then tie them together to take action and win on issues of city-wide, provincial or national concern. 

ACORN also works on a number of collaborative campaign, projects and coalitions with a diversity of partner organizations with the broad ranging goal of building a independent, powerful and dynamic national organization for low and moderate income families.
