Betty Ferreira started ReStructure Consulting in 2005 after 17 years in the sector primarily as an Executive Director of non-profit organizations requiring start-up, restructuring, and turnaround management services.

It was from these experiences, that Betty felt the need to develop a firm that focused on building the resilience of non-profit organizations through turnaround management and restructuring services.

Betty is now looking to influence systemic change by: advocating for funding reform, working with funders to streamline practices and enhance outcomes of risk management strategies, developing a new governance model, and conducting research on the connection between financial literacy and organizational resilience.
