Project Manager, EnAbling Nonprofits Ontario

Constance has more than 20 years experience in the nonprofit sector and her work has taken her across Canada and around the world. As the ONN’s first Network Director in 2007, Constance was integral to building the organization from the ground up. Last fall, she took on responsibility for the coordination of EnAbling Nonprofits Ontario (ENO), ONN's largest ever education initiative. This two year, province-wide education and outreach initiative focuses on the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.

In addition to heading ENO, Constance also works with other nonprofits to improve workspace flow and design by analyzing office functionality and staff performance.
