Green Students Fundraising is a company bringing a fresh idea to the fundraising industry.  It provides an opportunity for schools to raise money while helping to fight climate change by promoting energy conservation in their communities. The concept is simple: rather than sell chocolate bars, participants sell compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) and other environmentally friendly products.  By offering CFLs, customers purchase a product that they actually need, schools raise money, students learn how easy it can be to help fight global warming, and of course, the environment benefits.  With Green Students Fundraising, everyone wins!  

Founded by two recent university graduates in their early twenties looking to create an environmentally friendly business, Green Students has grown from an idea to a fast-growing fundraising organization.  Before completing its first year, Green Students has reduced over 1,000,000 kgs of carbon dioxide.  Green Students always welcomes new schools and groups looking to green their current fundraising endeavors.
