I plan and execute real estate projects. My current work is focussed on place-based investment blending social and financial profits, with a particular focus on small neighbourhood commercial, local independant business, affordability, and sustainable city-building. 

 Notable work currently underway: consulting with nationally significant developer to innovate business model(s) to lead change and improve core performance, working with The California Endowment to create a place based investment platform to improve health indicators in local neighbourhoods, working on investment platform for local neighbourhood commercial real estate. Specialties Project Leadership (due diligence to construction), land engineering, place-based investment analysis, project portfolio management, business model design, and Urban Land Economics

Why I do what I do:

I do what I do because I love the challenge of mapping out the game plan needed to meet objectives, and turning this gameplan into a viable, measurable project to execute. I believe projects are about people. So for me, the satisfaction comes from seeing the benefits a completed project created for people, and the great story that was created by all of the people who were involved in making the project happen.
