Nigel Esmond D’souza is Toronto based entrepreneur and co-founder of Butterfly Communities, a Not for Profit that builds resident led community enhancement projects in at risk neighbourhoods. He also leads Xentelligence, a social media agency that builds progressive campaigns for its clients, and Mobifii, a mobile application development boutique, where he has successfully helped businesses leverage emerging social and mobile technologies to accelerate business growth and brand value. Nigel is an active member of the startup, and not for profit sector. He previously has spoken about social media ROI at North Humberland’s social media conference, Connections, hosted in Cobourg. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and has previously worked with major financial institutions like CIBC and RBC.
