I encourage people to follow their dreams. It happens everywhere I go - the weirdest location was the grocery store. And by encourage I mean that people generally leave the conversation energized, excited and eager.

Aside from that I love John Holt's work (the author, not the musician), unschooling, and fun and human ways to do business (a la Ricardo Semler). It's funny, because these are also things that embody the principles of following your dreams and passions and interests.

Why I do what I do:

If you read my bio, you know that I do what I do because I am following my dreams, because I'm loving my moment, because I'm inspired! I love helping people start and continue to do what they love to do - best feeling in the world. I think most of the things I strive for and dream about stem from that - animating people to follow their dreams, passions, Personal Legends - that stuff.
