Cultivate Toronto
An urban Community Shared Agriculture program
Formed in 2009, Cultivate Toronto (formerly Young Urban Farmers CSA) is a registered not-for-profit organization. Our mission is to reconnect communities with local food and we do this by turning Toronto’s backyards into a sustainable source of fresh, organic food for its urban inhabitants. Fuelled by a passion for healthy living, local organic produce, and environmental responsibility, we hope to contribute to sustainable urban living by providing the freshest, tastiest, urban-grown produce to GTA residents by running a Community Shared Agriculture Program based in Toronto’s backyards.
