Alimentary Initiatives
advancing food culture
We are a group of world-changers building capacity in the Good Food Sector. We are based in Toronto and come from all over the world. We consult both start-ups and established food companies on special diets, start-up development, product development, menu development and food waste management. We are working on a number of initiatives including: • Future Food Salons to explore the future of food in a celebratory cocktail hour setting with live music and art installations. This year's theme is Crickets featuring Jakub Dzamba. This series co-hosted by the Culture of Cities Centre. • Taste Labs cultivating taste and team building for the corporate sector. • Toronto Office Markets making fresh local food more convenient bringing it into the workplace. • Eating the City, a news bulletin for the Good Food Sector.
