Over time, weʼve come to realize that traditional risk-return measures of success are inadequate given the challenges facing our communities today. Weʼve noticed all of the great things being accomplished by Change Agents and Impact Investors worldwide, and formed our company in 2009 to contribute to this growing movement. We work together with investors, project teams, end-users, and the communities we are ultimately serving to make ideas become a reality. OUR TRACK RECORD We’ve managed hundreds of private and institutional development projects over the last 25 years. We’ve also been involved in several start-ups and contributed to the industry-leading growth of several organizations.
