Neighbourhood Buzz was founded by Steve, Jeff & Bruce – three socially minded professionals with over 40 years combined experience in Marketing, Finance and Social Entrepreneurship. The idea for Neighbourhood Buzz came from a genuine need that Steve & Jeff felt while residing in skyrises in downtown Toronto, Canada. They loved where they lived, but felt disconnected from the thousands of people that surrounded them. Plus, they felt it was difficult to stay up to date with happenings in their building and community. So, in spring of 2010, Neighbourhood Buzz was born with the mission of making urban living better by connecting residents with the communities around them. Starting initially in Print Newsletters, Neighbourhood Buzz has since expanded into a suite of Resident Communication Products, including Email Newsletters, Facebook and Mobile. We’ve always got more ideas in the works and can’t wait to share them with neighbourhoods around the globe. Stay tuned, this is only the beginning!
