ReStructure consults with non-profit organizations in the areas of capacity building, including but not limited to turnarounds and restructuring. Betty Ferreira started ReStructure Consulting in 2005 after 17 years in the sector primarily as an Executive Director of organizations requiring start-up and turnaround management services. It was from these experiences, that Betty felt the need to develop a firm that focused on building the resilience of non-profit organizations through capacity building, turnaround management and restructuring services. Betty is now looking to influence systemic change by: advocating for non-profit funding reform, developing a new governance model, and by conducting research on the connection between financial literacy and organizational resilience.
