Spire Works provides research, program evaluation, and research engagement services to non-profit and government organizations working in the areas of non-formal and formal education, resiliency, and youth leadership. If you are seeking to sharpen and expand your services, design new programs, communicate the impact you’re making or engage audiences in new research, we can help. We specialize in researching complex social change, and apply a range of tools to measure deep and sustained impact (including oral testimony, digital story-telling, MSC, case study research, and survey methods). To promote the application of new knowledge, we design research engagement strategies and corresponding tools (print reports and multimedia reports), and offer training in action-based research, equity-focused evaluations, and knowledge mobilization. We have worked with a wide range of clients, including community based organizations, NGOs, government agencies, and foundations in the Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Australia, and Europe.
