Vauve Press/The Antarctic Book of Cooking and Cleaning
A unique food and cultural history book on Antarctica
I am a small press publisher (3 books), writer, social innovator, networker and humanitarian. My current project is a food and cultural history book with cook and artist Wendy Trusler called The Antarctic Book of Cooking and Cleaning. It's based on a Canadian-Russian environmental expedition to the Antarctic I led in 1996 to a Russian scientific station in collaboration with the Russian Antarctic Expedition.
