So you want to be an investor in CSI

We are delighted to welcome you on board!


The Centre for Social Innovation is expanding to its newest location at Bloor and Bathurst Streets in downtown Toronto. The CSI Annex is a 35,000 sq ft building that will be home to a dynamic community of over 400 people and projects focussed on making our communities and our world a better place. As an investor, you'll be one of the people making this vision come to life, earning a blended value social and financial return in exchange for your contribution.

You have two options for investing. The attached Term Sheet specifies the rates of return for the different options. A minimum investment of $10,000 is required.

Bond C - Option 1: A Bond that is not held within a Self Directed RRSP* account.  For step-by-step instructions click here.

Bond C - Option 2: A Bond that is held within a Self Directed RRSP* account with Concentra Financial.  For step-by-step instructions click here.

Please note that if you would like to purchase a Bond using an existing Self Directed RRSP* we ask you to contact us at communitybonds@socialinnovation.ca to discuss further.

*A self-directed RRSP allows an investor to determine the portfolio of investment products - i.e., to direct the investments - in his or her RRSP.

INVESTOR MEETINGS
