This is a 3-day interactive workshop that provides learning and practice in performance management skills as the foundation to high engagement, high performance and positive work environments for new and seasoned leaders.
Build skills and knowledge to:
- Clarify what you stand for and offer as a leader Create an environment of high engagement Understand your own and others' values through the use of the Strength Deployment Inventory* and how recognizing these values can impact performance and increase relationship awareness Talk to people about their performance when things are going well and when they are not (i.e., when in conflict) Communicate to and manage the performance of teams Build an individual strategy on how to integrate, practice and develop your new skills
