Below you will find our online Permanent Desk and Hot Desk Application.

Please note that there is a one-time only $125 administration and set-up fee for every new member of the Centre for Social Innovation. 

Please note as well that our Agreements operate on a minimum six-month commitment.  If you are looking for a shorter commitment please indicate your preference in the space below. We will make exceptions in some cases.

Please note that Permanent Desks and Hot Desks are available on an individual basis. If your organization or project has more than one person who will use the space,please add a note below and we will explore the possibility of an alternate arrangement

Please note that for Permanent and Hot Desks, there is a charge of $65/person for each additional person to use the desk, to a maximum of 2 additional people per desk. This is applicable to Permanent and Hot Desk 60 and 100 packages

n.b. only one person can use the permanent/hot desk at any given time.

n.b. For organizations that would like to use desk space simultaneously, another desk package will need to be purchased. A $50 discount is given on additional packages purchased for the same organization.

n.b.: leases are created as of the first of every month.
