CSI Lease Information

Welcome to the Centre for Social Innovation! 

For CSI Spadina Members - there are three appendices to the lease:

1. Member Co-operation Policies: These outline the expectation of CSI Community Members.

2. Shared Amenities: This describes the amenities that are covered in the Shared Amenities fee.

3. CSI Head Lease: This is the Head Lease between the Centre for Social Innovation and Urbanspace Property Group, the building owner. 

For CSI Annex Members - there are three appendices to the lease:

1. Member Co-operation Policies: These outline the expectation of CSI Community Members.

2. Shared Amenities: This decsribed the amenities that are covered in the Shared Amenities fee.

3. CSI Spadina meeting rooms access:  As CSI Annex Members you have access to the CSI Spadina meeting rooms.  You do however have to agree to these terms.
