A one-day workshop lead by lawyers from Ecojustice, Co-sponsored by Toronto Cyclists Union and Take the Tooker

This session is intended to educate cyclists and alternative transport activists about the legal tools available to protect us such as:

- court actions
- petitions
- Freedom of Information requests
- environmental assessments
- administrative tribunals
- prosecutions
- interventions in court proceedings
- Environmental Bill of Rights and more.
