All organizations and individuals who wish to rent meeting spaces at CSI Spadina must first register on the system. Once you have registered, you will be able to make bookings.

Please note that you are responsible for room set-up and clean-up.

If your event begins before 8:30am, finishes later than 5:30pm, or is on a weekend, you must pick up keys in advance and be responsible for arming and disarming the security system.

There is a three-day cancellation policy (you will be charged full price if you do not cancel your booking at least three business days in advance of the start time).

The Annex Lounge can only be booked during evenings (beginning at 5:30pm) and weekends. All bookings must finish by 11:00pm.
