The Centre for Social Innovation Spadina
The Centre for Social Innovation (CSI) is fortunate to occupy 25,000 square feet of the beautiful Robertson Building at 215 Spadina Avenue in downtown Toronto, owned and operated by the visionary Urbanspace Property Group.
The space is made up of three distinct suites and includes a larger open community space on the fourth floor. The building is just south of Chinatown and along vibrant Queen Street West, has plentiful light, exposed brick and beams, and is close to a ton of action. A variety of permanent and part-time workspaces are available!

New Building at Queen and Spadina
We’re creating an incredible new home for social entrepreneurship and innovation downtown near Queen and Spadina, across the street from our CSI Spadina location. The beautiful brick & beam building is comprised of six stories totalling 64,000 sq. ft. and currently has limited office spaces available ranging from 300 to 4,000 sq. ft. Finally, we can accommodate larger organizations!
