Private or shared, permanent or part-time, the Centre for Social Innovation serves Toronto’s social mission community and its visitors through a variety of work spaces. Members have access to a beautiful and fully functioning office space, including high-speed internet, meeting rooms, photocopy and fax machines, kitchen facilities, audio-visual equipment, mailboxes and more.
We’re located in a bright and beautifully restored factory warehouse space that’s been decked out with the latest in eco-design, from indoor bicycle parking and a rooftop garden to solar water heating and a Toronto first: a 250 square foot living and breathing bio-wall.

We provide three types of workspace:
Private Office Space (full)
The Centre for Social Innovation has 46 private office spaces of varying sizes. We're currently full but you can join the waiting list by completing an application at http://socialinnovation.ca/csi-office-space-application.
Private Desk Space (available)
We have 40 private desk spaces for individual social innovators who don’t want or need a private office space. For $365 per month, our desk tenants have a private, secured space with 24/7 access to all of our office amenities and ten hours of free meeting room space each month. Hot Desk Space (available)
We get you out of your housecoat and away from the café with occasional workspace tailored to your needs. Whether you are a freelancer, traveler, sometime activist or an all-the-time innovator, you’ll find that membership at CSI is more than functional workspace. Visitors
If you’re visiting Toronto for a day or for a week and you’re looking for a place to hang your hat, come check us out! CSI provides temporary workspace at a rate of $25/day or $100/week. Drop us a note to let us know when you’ll be in town.
We embrace our responsibility to grow a positive, diverse and vibrant community of individuals and organizations. All applicants for permanent and part-time work space must complete an application form that helps us understand how your work is socially, economically, culturally or environmentally meaningful.
