Canadian Alliance of Dance Artists - Ontario Chapter (CADA-ON)

Empowering and educating dance professionals in the promotion of the art of dance

CADA-ON is a non-profit organization that empowers and educates its membership of dance professionals to promote the art form in society. It was formed in 1986 in response to impending Status of the Artist Legislation in Canada and incorporated in the Province of Ontario in 1995.

Jen Arron Photography  - Profile Picture Jen Arron's unique shooting style is rooted in fine art documentary and cultural landscape photography. The art of visual communication has driven Jen for over a decade. At age 14, Jen's photographic spirit ignited as she began to look at the world through her Nikon FE2. Since then, she has received numerous awards and prizes for her artistic achievement and creative excellence. Jen holds a BFA in Photography Studies from Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada. Since graduating in 2001, Jen has travelled all over the globe, using her skills and talents, and working in interesting settings.

CSI Members help launch Media Technology Lab

Media Lab Toronto is a group of local folks who are experimenting with the possibilities where technology, art and media overlap. There's a lot there and theyplan to make some interesting stuff. Members include CSI's very own Gabe Sawhney and Patrick Dinnen.

The group's first installation was TXTris, a 3D txt message wall at the Toronto CaseCamp6 event. Future project ideas include physical objects as computer interface, morse-code installations and radio tagged raccoon art.
