Introduction to Non-profit Budgeting

Join OCIC for an online learning opportunity for staff or volunteers of non-profit organizations in the international cooperation sector to strengthen your skills in budgeting and planning. The cornerstone of any financial management system is the budget, yet often staff or volunteers of non-profit organizations are tasked with developing a budget with little to no training. Do you dread budget time at your organization? Do you have difficulty developing program budgets? In this webinar we will explore a systematic approach to developing budgets.
